Sessions

  • A fun dive into the connection between physical movement and the movement of creative ideas in the mind. How can movement unlock creative blocks? Discover how movement can improve your longevity and productivity as a creative individual.

  • How your brain is wired has everything to do with your motivation, focus, and implementation.  If you’re a neurotypical creative, you have the privilege of living in a world designed for you. If you’re neurodivergent, challenges that may include executive function, working memory, and managing your focus are compounded by living in a world that’s not designed for you.

And yet, as autism advocate, Dr Temple Grandin so perfectly states:

"Neurodiverse teams are more innovative and effective because they bring different perspectives to the table. The inclusion of neurodivergent individuals leads to richer idea generation and more creative problem-solving. By creating environments where diverse minds can thrive, we not only foster inclusivity but also drive success and innovation within our organizations."

In this talk, Business coach and certified ADHD coach, Justine Clay will share a 3-part process to help cultivate the conditions for all creatives to co-create, collaborate, and thrive.

Participants will walk away with clarity and actionable insights in

    Key Terms and Traits

    Leveraging Strengths and Navigating Challenges

    Communication for Collaboration

We look forward to seeing you for what is sure to be a lively conversation!

  • Melanie walks the audience through her copyrighted methodology for connecting with our inner creative, avoiding the creative gremlins like writers block, shiny object syndrome and The Procrastination Train, and becoming "an artist who ships"!

  • The irony of the artistic "process" is that the result of a brilliantly created work is assumed to be grounded in deep thought, awareness, attention to, and study of history, environment, behavior, cultural norms, etc. But, what if for a moment– we trusted ourselves enough to suspend our systems; to dismiss every appropriate or traditional approach to the craft, and allow ourselves to be "wrong"? To be brave? To be different?

To become exonerated is to become vulnerable (to the end of child-like innocence again); to become fully curious is to feel through the "pain" of not having a planned or timed outcome.

The work towards UNconscious Creativity focuses on the person more than the process, and then the process more than the product. This begins in an unexpected place– forgiveness. During the experience of this talk, we'll draw a line as a boundary between our "gathered truths" and our new reality when we accept that the ashes are as innumerable and necessary as our grains of sand.

  • Arguable opinion: despite the exponential momentum of change, the future has never been more predictable. How can anticipatory human creativity outspeed artificial creativity? In a world where technology amplifies everything (lazy people get lazier, smart people get smarter), we should talk about a next level of creativity.

  • Join Alexandra Miles and Maxim Jago as they explore the approaches, activities, and solutions to maintaining the most positive possible mindset as a creative.

  • 15 crucial realities and practices to seriously consider in any stage of your creative career

  • Dive into the psychology of underdog mindsets and how they foster innovation, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, regardless of organizational size or resources. This topic resonates deeply with the challenges we face at Viento Brand and 150UP, where we constantly strive to challenge industry giants and international agencies, respectively. I'm excited to share insights and inspiration about being an underdog and how it fuels creativity and innovation.

  • We will explore how rewilding, a movement to reconnect with the natural world and restore ecological balance, intersects with cutting-edge technology. We'll delve into the concept of human rewilding, which involves embracing native wisdom while leveraging new technologies like AI to optimize rewilding strategies. From digital fences in Zambia's Kafue National Park to gamified worlds that help save species from extinction, AI's potential in conservation is vast. We'll also discuss the alignment of rewilding with the Solarpunk movement, promoting sustainability and diversity in our perspectives on sex, gender, race, and mental health. Join me as we envision a future where generative AI and rewilding are intertwined, creating a harmonious balance between human innovation and the natural world.

  • Join visionary luminaries Anna Yusim, Mark Baum, Mike Pell and Jim Jermanok as they explore the real world best approaches to turning a bright idea into something real you can share with the world.
