Einar has been closely involved in the development of The Creativity Conference in Iceland from the very beginning. When Maxim first mentioned the spark of an idea to host a meeting of minds of this kind in Iceland, Einar shared his own similar dream to make such an event happen. For years Einar had hoped to bring together creative minds from around the world and he quickly offered to collaborate with the team to enable them to establish a new annual event. Einar's perspective, experience, and vision have been crucial to the maturation of The Creativity Conference and it's fair to say it would not be happening in Iceland without his infinitely valuable support.
