Cirina Catania

Cirina is CEO of Catania Studios, an international filmmaking company, one of the co-founders and former director of the Sundance Film Festival, and former Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at MGM-UA and United Artists.

Cirina is a long-time member of the Producers Guild, Writers Guild, IATSE Cinematographers Guild, the National Press Club, National Press Photographer’s Association, and more. She has worked as a writer, director, supervising producer, cinematographer, post-producer, or marketing exec on over 150 film, television and new media projects for the big screen as well as for networks such as National Geographic and Discovery.

Richard J. Marks

Richard J. Marks, Founder of Access Impact and Productions 1000, is an American author, journalist, environmentalist, convener and filmmaker. He loves the challenge of being a bridge between old ways and new. Richard advises clients with life-altering and affirming decision-making, helping them navigate and choose the appropriate steps to take. Richard is the author of Rise to the Sun: 7 Footsteps and 7 Prayers for Getting Out of Hell, a nonfiction spiritual healing book published by New Degree Press.

Sara Hamilton

Sara Hamilton is a strategic consultant, development executive and producer with over 25 years of experience in marketing, film, media, technology and social impact. As Head of Impact Strategy and Global Partnerships for Entertainment2Affect Change x Greenlit and Founder of the FilmFlock, she connects filmmakers, studios, companies, investors and nonprofits to create purpose-driven, profitable productions, promotions and special events. An award-winning producer of “TIME ZERO: The Last Year of Polaroid Film,” Sara is an experienced lead producer, executive producer, social impact producer and product placement consultant for more than a dozen independent film and series productions with budgets of $2-$20M. She is currently working with teams on films and transmedia projects around the world, including Kenya, Mexico, Cyprus and the UK. A frequent speaker and panelist, Sara has been featured at The Impact Lounge at the Sundance and the Film USA Pavilion during the Cannes Film Festival. She has developed, curated and led panels and workshops for film festivals, organizations and events, and she has created curriculum for virtual institutes and mentorship programs. Sara serves on the Boards of FilmNorth and The Creativity Conference and is a certified AFCI film commissioner. She’s also a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion within the entertainment industry.

Nick Leavens

Nick Leavens is an artist, creative consultant, and business owner. He works in the mediums of stone sculpture and filmmaking with a background in theatre, where he specialized in new play development at the heart of NYC’s downtown theatre scene.

He is a co-owner of Black Heart, a worker-owned digital media agency, and the founder of Incisive, where he advises writers, filmmakers, artists, and organizations on their creative development and endeavors. With 20+ years across film, theatre, XR, the visual arts, and live events, his projects have spanned the U.S., Australia, the U.K., Canada, Europe, and have streamed globally. His next institutional project will make stone sculpting and stone artworks more accessible within an ethical business framework in his home of Brooklyn, NY.

John Yaglenski

John is a serial entrepreneur, story teller, futurist, visionary and dreamer.

He leads IEEE-USA’s Washington, DC Communications department and has worked as General Manager of Web Development for Erol’s Internet, which at the time was the 4th largest Internet Service Provider in the USA.

While there, he founded INTERCOT.com in 1997 – which is now one of the Internet’s oldest (25 years) and longest running Walt Disney World vacation planning websites and podcasts.

In his spare time, he is an avid photographer/videographer, podcaster, graphic designer & gadget nut.

James Slaton

James Slaton is a former Naval Intelligence Officer and previous head of Instructional Design for the Adobe Learn team. With over a decade of experience guiding cross-functional teams, he’s spent his career at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and problem solving.

An amateur photographer, screenwriter, videographer, and editor, James is passionate about creativity in all its forms. He’s thrilled to join the Advisory Board of the Creativity Conference, where he hopes to contribute both his practical experience and his belief that creativity is a skill we all can (and should!) cultivate throughout our lives.

Louisiana Mees Fongang

Louisiana Mees Fongang is an award winning Belgian film director, media strategist, and co-founder and CEO of The Ground, an international production platform advancing film, media, and education at the nexus of consciousness, ecology and indigenous wisdom in times of societal transformation and institutional innovation.

Her work blends cinematic authorship with systems design, developing projects that support cultural foresight, social renewal, and future literacies. She collaborates across art, diplomacy, and education to build projects that merge storytelling with cultural strategy and embodied learning. As a speaker and curator, she champions creativity as a catalyst for structural change and a bridge between personal growth and collective evolution.
