Mohammad Abu Rashed

Rashed is one of the most recognized and award-winning global experts on public policy and project partnerships (transactions). He has extensive experience in developing global and country level laws, policies, regulations and guidelines for various governments and multilateral agencies. Rashed is one of the top ranked global PPP Experts for The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and The World Association of PPP. Mr. Rashed is the UAE National Chancellor for The International Association of Educators for World Peace (IAEWP). He serves as a PPP Advisor for a pioneering Dubai government organization and also is the father of three children (so far).

Mr. Rashed has served as senior advisor to many governments across Asia, Middle East and Africa. He has led multiple billion dollar public and private partnerships in utility, transport and the social sector. Mr. Rashed teaches and lectures on partnership in several countries and he is also a juror for multiple International award programs. Mr. Rashed has authored over 10 core publications on PPP, project development and financial analysis, which have been distributed by renowned international publishers. He has strategic investments in Real Estate, Media, Hospitality, IT, Agriculture and, of course, in his family.
