Naomi Vladeck

Naomi Vladeck is an award-winning author, transformational life coach, and speaker dedicated to advancing the work of women artists and creators through her company, Creativity Matters Coaching. With more than 30 years of experience working alongside independent artists, Naomi brings a rare blend of creative, practical, and emotional insight to her work. Her background spans performing arts, writing coaching, fundraising, event planning, and non-profit leadership, through which she has supported hundreds of individuals in bringing new ideas to life—from blank pages and empty stages to meaningful creative impact.

Her debut book, Braving Creativity, was inspired by personal loss and transformation, and has received multiple awards, including recognition from the Non Fiction Authors Association and the Next Generation Indie Book Awards. Naomi’s work centres on helping people transform fear and uncertainty into creative momentum and purposeful action.

She holds a Master’s degree in Performance Studies from NYU and certifications in creativity coaching and leadership, and regularly delivers talks and workshops for leading institutions and organisations.
