Dr Stefania Romano
Creative Educator, Lecturer and Researcher
Dr. Stefania Romano is a Creative Educator, Lecturer, Researcher, Mentor, Lego ® Serious Play ® Facilitator and Book Artist. Her research interests are in creative leadership, action learning, experiential learning, and Blue Ocean Strategy applied to intercultural contexts. Her research on creative processes and self-awareness, via time and space, has been presented at national and international conferences.
She mentors executives, and leaders, with creative techniques, writing and reflections. She holds a doctorate in Management; and she is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She currently lectures at Leeds Business School, University of Leeds (U.K.). Stefania has worked in Higher Education for over 15 years across the U.K., Italy, Qatar, and Hong Kong. Stefania’s workshops, and seminars bring playfulness and self-awareness techniques that blend heritage and paradigm innovation.
She is recently working on her creative business to bring creative experiences via storytelling, colours, paper, and books
